Returns policy

We have a 14 day exchange policy. You are welcome to return your order for exchange of size or style (if stock is available).

If no stock is available or your size is out of stock a credit note will be given.

Credit notes are valid for 3 years.

Refunds are only offered on faulty items.

Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

Please keep in mind all orders are hand picked & checked for any faults before postage. 

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

• The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
• The item must be returned with ALL tags and packing (including hygienic adhesive liner attached and unaltered).
• Proof of purchase or Receipt is required

We do cover the shipping costs of a returned item.
